Twelve Gates President Recognized By The New York State Assembly
Twelve Gates President, Dr. Frank Kaufmann was among those recognized by the New York State Assembly, on May, 14, 2024, during ceremonies and legislation for the 2024 Yoga Day Resolution.
Dr. Kaufmann serves on the board of directors for the World Yoga Community under the leadership of its founder Guruji H.H. Dileepkuma Thankappan, who, together with Assemblyman Nader Sayegh of New York’s 90th district, spearheaded the resolution to recognize June 21 each year as Yoga Day in New York State.
