Dr. Thomas Bowers has his PhD in Education from Columbia University. He has a background in financial planning and leadership in charitable organizations. He is President of the Bowers Family Genealogical Foundation. In the past he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the James Jay Dudley Luce Foundation, which develops young men and women as global leaders, a District Chairman for the Rip Van Winkle Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and a leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the New York, Hudson Valley. He currently resides in Orange County, California.
